Show Party Set For Sunday at Student Union

The
public and UL Lafayette students are invited to attend the
event which will be held in the Sidelines restaurant,
located inside the Student Union across from the University
Bookstore, from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Admission is free of charge and food and beverages will be donated by Sodexho and University Program Council.
Audio Video Innovators (AVI) of Lafayette will provide big screen televisions for viewing of CBS' telecast of the NCAA Selection show at 5 p.m.
KATC-TV 3 will broadcast live from the event.
Parking is available in the Student Union lot located on McKinley Street with additional spaces available at the UL Lafayette Credit Union, Hamilton Hall and Earl K. Long Gym.
The
Ragin' Cajuns, 2004 Sun Belt Conference regular season and
tournament champions, will be making their first NCAA
Tournament appearance since 2000 and second under head coach
Jessie Evans. Louisiana-Lafayette will play in the first
round at one of the following eight cities: Buffalo, N.Y.;
Columbus, Ohio; Denver, Colorado; Kansas City, Mo.;
Milwaukee, Wisc.; Orlando, Fla.; Raleigh, N.C.; or Seattle,
Wash.
