Was a two-sport star in softball (third base) and soccer (defender) for Lafayette-based St. Thomas More High School from 2022-2025 … helped lead the Cougars to four playoff appearances in both sports … won a softball state championship in 2023 and three soccer state championships from 2022-24 … was a first team all-district and all-state performer each of the final three seasons … named MVP of the Louisiana Softball Coaches Association All-Star game following senior season … closed prep career producing eight home runs, 17 doubles and 47 RBI on a .396 average … struck out only three times in 118 at bats and was 5-for-5 on stolen bases … produced a .400-plus yearly average from freshman through junior seasons and displayed power-hitting ability with a combined 18 home runs over her sophomore and junior seasons combined.
