FRESHMAN SEASON (2004)
First on the team with 17 stolen bases (out of 21 attempts)…Committed just one error in 52 chances playing in center field…Fourth on the team with 51 base hits…A slapper who can hit for power – finished the season with six doubles, one triple and two home runs…Tops on the squad with eight sacrifice hits…Advanced runners to the tune of a 57 percent succession rate…Was 14-for-18 (77.8 percent) in advancing runners in Sun Belt play…Collected the Cajuns lone hit off of Alicia Hollowell in a game against Arizona on March 20 at KIA Klassic…Picked up two hits off of Florida State’s Jessica van der Linden and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi’s Sarah Pauly...Had 15 multi-hit games, second on the team, and picked up at least one hit in 34 of her 67 games played...Was third on the team with a .271 batting average in Sun Belt play...Her 13 hits in Sun Belt play were the second-most on the team...Had a team-best .391 batting average (9-for-23) with runners on base and two outs...First career home run came on Feb. 14 against McNeese State...Scored a career-high three runs against Louisiana Tech Feb. 15...Doubled in the second inning aganist Gardner-Webb driving home two runs to open a four-run inning for the Cajuns...Hit a home run in the third inning which proved to provide the tying run that allowed the Cajuns to go into extra innings against Southeastern Louisiana Feb. 21...Had a stretch of three straight double-digit hit games – had three hits in the final game of a doubleheader at Northwestern State March 31 and in the next outing at New Mexico State April 10 got two hits in both ends of the twinbill...Scored the tying run in the top of seventh inning against Middle Tennessee in game two May 8 after reaching on a bunt single...Picked up five hits during NCAA Regional play.

AT BERWICK HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letterman in softball at Berwick High School...Was the 2003 District 5-3A MVP and helped lead the Panthers of head coach Lloyd Burchfield to a state championship...She was named to the All-District 5-3A team each of her four seasons with the Panthers and was voted District MVP last season...She was also the recipient of the Best Offensive Player in 2001, while being named team MVP from 2001-03...Guidry starred at several positions for the Panthers including pitcher, outfield, second base and first base. She helped BHS to four district titles during her stint which culminated with a state championship in her senior campaign.
