Appeared in 17 games, all as a defensive substitute at catcher…recorded 23 putouts and one assist…fielded all 24 chances cleanly…appeared in five of the six games on opening weekend…picked up an assist on a sacrifice bunt attempt in the second game vs. Southern Miss on Feb. 12…caught the final inning of the series opener vs. No. 4 Alabama (Feb. 18)…had a plate appearance in the Mardi Gras Invitational finale vs. Mississippi Valley on Feb. 26…played all six games in the Ragin’ Cajuns Invitational (Mar. 3-5) and worked with the pitchers for nine strikeouts…caught the final inning on Mar. 5 vs. Alcorn as head coach Michael Lotief captured his 700th career victory…served as the Cajuns backup catcher for the second half of Sun Belt play and into the postseason (Sun Belt Tournament and NCAA Regional)…worked with Alyssa Denham to notch the final three outs of the Sun Belt Tournament championship which wrapped up the Cajuns second straight title in the event.

2016 (Freshman)
Sat out the first 29 games, expecting to redshirt … called into action and started at catcher the final 18 games of the regular season after Lexie Elkins suffered a thumb injury … scored three runs and produced a double and RBI over 24 plate appearances … struck out only twice over final 18 plate appearances … fielded all but one of 90 chances on defense cleanly (lone error was catcher’s interference April 30 at Georgia Southern) … first appeared the weekend of April 2-3 vs. Texas State … worked with Alex Stewart to register a season-high 11 strikeouts in the series opener … drew a pair of walks off of Bobcats ace pitcher Randi Rupp … registered first collegiate hit in the series opener at Georgia State on April 9, leading off the third inning with a single to center field … walk drawn in fifth inning of Game 1 of the Saturday twinbill at No. 1 Florida helped extend the inning and set up Haley Hayden’s fielder’s choice RBI ground out … scored the final run of a five-run third inning that helped the Cajuns pull away from Georgia Southern of a 12-1 (6 inn.) win that clinched the outright Sun Belt championship … posted first collegiate extra base hit and RBI with a double in the second inning of Game 2 vs. ULM on May 7 … her double followed one from Kara Gremillion, which had broken a scoreless tie, and extended the team’s lead to 3-0 … Singled in the sixth inning of the ULM finale, giving her the first hitting streak of her career … final appearance came as a defensive substitute in the Sun Belt Tournament opener vs. Georgia State on May 12, catching the third and fourth innings to allow Lexie Elkins, playing for the first time since March 29, time to rest.

High School
Was an all-state softball player and four-time, first team all-district selection for Cinco Ranch High School and coach Jerry Miller … played catcher and third base for the Cougars … batted over .400 every season … led District 19-6A and the Houston area in doubles with 13 during the regular season of her senior campaign in 2015 … hit .486 and posted 26 RBI over 28 games … received all-state and all-greater Houston area honors … as a sophomore in 2013, garnered Texas Girls Coaches Association (TGCA) All-State honors while also being named all-state honorable mention by the Texas Sports Writers Association after hitting .417 with 17 extra base hits and 34 RBI … helped Cinco Ranch to 81 wins over three-year span (2012-14), two district championships and a regional semifinal appearance in 2013 ... played club ball for the Sudden Impact Gold for coach Glenn Bennett, picking up numerous top-five tournament finishes … also spent time as an outside hitter for the Cougars volleyball team in 2011 and 2012, helping the squad to a second-place finish in district both seasons.
