Saw playing time in 14 games, primarily as a pinch runner and defensive replacement…from April 1 to season’s end was in the rotation of pinch runners, usually second or third off the bench…collegiate debut came as a pinch runner Feb. 23 vs. Bowling Green…three days later had her first career plate appearance when she pinch hit for Kelli Martinez in the fifth inning vs. Mississippi Valley (Feb. 26)…the following week made her defensive debut at second base on Mar. 4 vs. North Dakota State – the first of six opportunities she saw on defense…played both ends of the April 1 doubleheader at Georgia Southern and scored a run in the nightcap…recorded two putouts after subbing in at second base in Game 2 vs. Troy on Apr. 8…collected a stolen base in the regular season finale at ULM (May 7)…inserted as a pinch runner in the winner’s bracket final and championship game of the Sun Belt Tournament.

Was a four-year letterwinner at shortstop for coach Jake Pierron at Mount Carmel Academy in New Orleans … was Mount Carmel’s starting shortstop sophomore through senior season … batted .375 with a .466 on-base percentage as a senior in 2015 … produced eight doubles, two triples, four home runs and 24 RBI landing her all-state, all-metro and all-district accolades … was the New Orleans area’s only player in the 2015 Louisiana High School Coaches Association All-Star Game … also an all-state, all-metro and all-district as a junior in 2014 after hitting .440 with 13 doubles and 20 RBI … helped lead Mount Carmel to four district championships and participated in three playoff appearances which included a Class 3A runner-up finish in 2013 … went 2-for-3 at the plate against Baylee Corbello in the 2013 Class 5A state championship game.
