2011 (Junior): Came off the bench to see action in seven games. . . played in seven of the first 10 games before missing the final three contests. . . rushed seven times for 16 yards. . . had two carries for eight yards at Oklahome State (9/3). . . made a season-high four carries for two yards at Middle Tennessee (10/29). . . earned third letter.

2010 (Sophomore): Played in 10 games as a reserve fullback and on special teams. . . Had one rush for two yards vs. WKU.

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in 10 games, starting four of the final six games at running back. . . did not play the first two games. . . second on the team with 412 rushing yards. . . also had four receptions for 31 yards. . . had 24 carries for 94 yards at Western Kentucky to earn team offensive player of the week kudos. . . top game came vs. Florida Atlantic, totaling 105 yards on 21 carries, including a season-long rush of 23 yards.

High School: Second team all-state choice as a senior at Brazoswood High, playing for coach Allan Weddell. . . carried 324 times for almost 2,200 yards with 17 touchdowns as a senior, garnering second team All-Greater Houston and the county and district MVP. . . finished his career with 5,647 yards and 56 touchdowns.
