2011 (Junior): Played in all 13 games, serving as the holder on all placements while also serving as a reserve at quarterback. . . was perfect on two pass attempts, throwing an 11-yard completion against Middle Tennessee (10/29) and a 19-yard pass on a fake field goal vs. Arkansas State (11/12). . . earned second letter.

2010 (Sophomore): Traveled with the team all season as a backup quarterback. . . took over under center for the final series at No. 23 Georgia, but did not attempt a pass. . . also appeared at quarterback at North Texas for the final snap in victory formation.

2009 (Freshman): Did not compete. . . named Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week (Kansas State).

2008 (Redshirt): Redshirted, did not play.

High School: Second team all-county choice as a senior at Aledo High, playing for coach Tim Buchanan. . . helped squad to a 11-3 record, falling to the Robert Griffin III led Copperas Cove in the state semi-finals. . . led team to a 12-2 mark as a junior, advancing to the semifinals of the state Class 4A playoffs.
