Played in three games during his final season with the program…Was credited with two solo stops during the season, both of which came against ULM.
2019 Season (Redshirt Junior)
Appeared in two games during the 2019 season…In the team’s win over Troy (Nov. 23), he was credited with one tackle.
2018 Season (Redshirt Junior)
Missed the 2018 season due to an injury and also received a medical redshirt.

Born May 12, 1997 in Hewitt, Texas...The son of Steven and Cheryl Jones...Has one sister, Chrystal - a Spring 2017 Louisiana graduate...Parents are Louisiana graduates...An uncle, Robert Johnson (1986-88), and a cousin, Greg Hobbs (1980-83), each lettered in football at then-USL, while another cousin, Tyrone Jones, lettered in basketball (1990-92) for the Ragin’ Cajuns...Majoring in civil engineering.
