2013 (Junior):  Second-team All-Sun Belt choice on the defensive line after leading all Cajuns linemen with 38 tackles (25 solo). . . added nine tackles-for-loss and four quarterback sacks, recovering one fumble. . . played in all 13 games at nose tackle, starting the last 12. . . was slowed by an off-season leg injury and did not get to full strength until mid-season. .  .once healthy, he finished strong, making three or more tackles in five of the last seven games. . . had four tackles, including two TFL and a 9-yard sack at Arkansas State (10/22/13). . . made five stops in home victory over Troy (11/7/13). . . had a season-high six stops against ULM (11/30/13), including two TFL and a two-yard sack. . . added six more tackles with 1.5 TFL at South Alabama (12/7/13). . . posted a 5-yard sack in the New Orleans Bowl against Tulane. . . earned third letter.

2012 (Sophomore):  Started 11 of the 12 games that he played. . . was suspended by the Sun Belt for the Oklahoma State game (9/5/12) and came off the bench against ULM when the Cajuns used a dime defensive setup. . . finished the year with 29 tackles (18 solo), adding three sacks (-24) and eight TFL (-32). . . opened year with four tackles versus Lamar (9/1/12), including four TFL (-13), a sack (-7) and two forced fumbles to earn him Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week accord. . . had a career-high six tackles at North Texas (10/16/12). . . made four tackles with a TFL against East Carolina in the New Orleans Bowl. . . had two or more tackles eight times. . . earned second letter.

2011 (Freshman):  Worked his way into the playing rotation as a first-year freshman, coming off the bench to see action in all 13 games. . . finished the year with eight tackles (six solo), including a pair of quarterback sacks (-13 yards). . . made two tackles, including a 4-yard sack, in win over Nicholls State (9/17). . . also made two tackles at Arizona (11/26). . . closed the year by making a 9-yard sack in the first quarter of the New Orleans Bowl. . . earned first letter.

High School:  First team all-state choice as a senior at Natchez High, playing for coach Lance Reed. . . rated three-star prospect by Rivals.com. . . played in the 24th annual Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Classic. . . received Class 6A first team all-state honors by the Mississippi Association of Coaches as a senior. . . first team All-Metro in 2009 by the Natchez Democrat. . . started on the offensive and defensive lines. . . recorded 32 knockdowns and graded 85 percent as an offensive lineman. . . as a defensive lineman, had 24 solo tackles, 16 assists, four tackles-for-loss, four sacks, five quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
