2012 (Junior): Saw action in eight games as a reserve on the defensive line. . . battled back from preseason gall bladder surgery to make seven tackles (four solo) with a quarterback sack (-9). . . debuted at Troy (9/8/12), making his lone QB sack of the season. . . added two tackles at Oklahoma State (9/15/12), but missed the next four games because of complications of the earlier surgery. . . came back to play in four of the last five games, maing two tackles at No. 6 Florida (11/10/12). . . earned first letter.
