2009 (Junior): Started all 12 games at strong side linebacker, but transitioned to middle linebacker during the spring...Placed second on team in total tackles and eighth overall in the conference...Ranked fifth in conference only games in total tackles...Led the Cajuns with three forced fumbles, which tied for the second most in the SBC...Recovered a ULM fumble on special teams with 86 seconds left in the game to seal victory...Entered the season still recovering from ACL surgery, but hit his stride six weeks into the season - making 68 tackles over the final eight games (8.5 tackles-per-game)...Had a season-best 12 tackles vs. North Texas...Made at least six tackles in nine of the last 10 games...Named Cajuns Defensive Player of the Week vs. WKU.
