2014 (Freshman): Joined the team as a walk-on during the summer and did not see action ... member of the scout team ... earned the team’s Most Improved Award for non-scholarship players … named to the Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll.
High School: A four-year letterwinner in football at Haynes Academy … named to the Athlon All-State and all-district teams as a senior … kicked game-winning field goal in the Lake Pontchartrain All-Star Classic … also lettered in soccer where he was an all-state selection as a freshman.
Personal: Born Oct. 12, 1995 in Metairie … the son of Jon and Darnell Scheurich … has two brothers, Scott and Max … majoring in business management.
