High School: Named the state offensive MVP as a senior at Teurlings Catholic High, playing for coach Sonny Charpentier. . . threw for nearly 2,500 yards as a senior to lead team to a 9-4 record and the quarterfinals of the state playoffs. . . helped to engineer a 10-4 record as a junior, advancing to the state semifinals. . . three-time team MVP and MVP of the Kiwanis Jamboree. . . earned honorable mention all-state honors as a junior and finished his career with almost 5,000 yards passing and 2,000 yards rushing. . . three-time all-district choice and twice received All-Acadiana honors. . . rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals.com and ESPN Scout Inc. . . was ranked in the Louisiana Top 100 (No. 82) and was the No. 40 Dual-Threat Quarterback in the nation.
Personal: Born Nov. 12, 1993 in Columbus, Ga. . . . son of Andres and Lavern Landor. . . has one younger sister (Jhada). . . his grandfather, Ernie Wheelwright, was a football standout at Southern Illinois and went on to play with in the NFL (1964-70). . . received an academic award from the Rotary Club and was a member of the honor roll in high school. . . volunteered time reading to third graders while in high school. . . business marketing major.
