High School: A three-time All-District 7-5A selection in both football and baseball at Westgate High School … four-year letterwinner in football at WHS, helping the Tigers to three playoff appearances … coached by Ryan Antoine … participated in the All-American Bowl … named to the Academic All-State team … also lettered in soccer, basketball, baseball and golf.
Personal: Born April 9, 1996 in New Iberia … the son of Denny and Danette Bird … is one of five children … named the WHS class valedictorian … enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time … an industrial technology major.
