Saw playing time in 17 games and received a career-best 18 plate appearances…transitioned from outfield to catcher and worked alongside Lexie Comeaux and Brittany Nollkamper to fill the void left by injuries to Miranda Grotenhuis and Allie Medlin…picked up her first career home run and first career RBI…first collegiate appearance at catcher came in season opener vs. DePaul on Feb. 10 when she caught the sixth inning…reached base twice (walk, single) in the back end of the opening day action vs. Iowa State…landed her first career RBI with a sacrifice fly vs. DePaul on Feb. 11…served as one of the Cajuns main pinch hitters through the fourth weekend of the season…pinch hit in the series finale vs. No. 4 Alabama…appeared twice in the Mardi Gras Invitational, scoring a run in the tournament finale on Feb. 26 vs. Mississippi Valley…launched first career home run leading off the fifth inning vs. Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Mar. 5…caught the final inning of the shutout of Georgia Southern in series opener (Apr. 1)...final appearances at catcher came in final two games of Troy-Southeastern Louisiana homestand (Apr. 9 and Apr. 11).

Represented the softball team on the Ragin' Cajuns Student-Athlete Advisory Committee ... Appeared in seven games, both as a pinch runner and pinch hitter … in three of the four pinch-hit situations, hit in front of her elder sister (Shellie Landry) … first collegiate appearance came in the season opener vs. Ball State in Gulf Shores when she pinch ran for Kelsey Vincent in the fifth inning … posted her first collegiate base hit in her Lamson Park debut on Feb. 21 vs. Central Arkansas in the Louisiana Classics, collecting an infield single after pinch hitting for Haley Hayden … pinch hit twice during the Ragin’ Cajuns Invitational the following weekend (Feb. 26 vs. Rutgers; Feb. 27 vs. Alcorn State) … delivered a pinch-hit single on March 5 at Southern Miss in her first at bat in an away/neutral contest … was a pinch runner in final two appearances (March 16 vs. McNeese; March 19 at UT Arlington)

Was a three-year letterwinner at St. Thomas More High School, appearing in the outfield and at shortstop for coach Joy Webre (2011) and coach Andria Waguespack (2012-14) … helped the Cougars capture three district titles and two state championships in 2013 and 2014 … named first team all-district her junior and senior seasons and a second team all-district selection her freshman year … claimed First Team All-Acadiana and First Team All-state honors as a junior and senior … also lettered four years in volleyball under coach Jessica Burke, helping St. Thomas More to four district titles and three state championships and one runner-up finish as a middle blocker and right side hitter … was a three-time first team all-district selection and a second team pick her freshman year … First Team All-Acadiana, First Team All-State and All-State Player of the Year in volleyball as a junior and senior … Second Team All-Acadiana as a sophomore … district MVP in volleyball as a senior … participated in the state all-star game in softball and volleyball her senior year … was three-time district champion in the javelin … captured the state title in 2013 and was runner-up in 2014 … was a first team all-district, all-parish and all-state javelin thrower in 2013 and 2014 … claimed first team all-district and all-parish accolades her sophomore year … Honor Roll member all four years.

Born Dec. 19, 1995 in Broussard, La. … daughter of Wayne and Debbie Landry … older sister, Shellie, is a junior on the Louisiana softball team … also has one younger sister, Courtney … mom was on the Louisiana volleyball and track & field teams … an exercise science major … has volunteered at the nursing home, participated in Buddy Walk and has served as a Eucharistic minister at Lourdes Hospital.
