The Department of Athletics is excited to host fans during the 2020-21 Ragin' Cajuns Men's Basketball season. The department appreciates your patience and flexibility during these unprecedented times. It is important for us to communicate with you that our department and University leadership have been working closely with state and local officials to make all sporting events taking place at our University safe for the general public. Please take the time to read our COVID-19 safety guidelines and stadium information to best understand how game days will be operated at the CAJUNDOME this season.Â

By accepting a ticket and using it for entry or resale/other, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are or have been present and that University cannot ensure that its premises are risk-free. By attending University sporting events, which includes but is not limited to, tailgating and pre-game festivities, you and any of your guests voluntarily assume the risks related to exposure to COVID-19. You and all personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin hereby release, waive, discharge, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the University, State of Louisiana, the Louisiana Board of Regents, the University of Louisiana System, and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, members, student workers, student interns, volunteers, representatives, institutions, departments, and agents for any loss or damage, and any claim or demands on account of any property damage or personal injury, or your illness or death (or that of any person who may contract COVID-19, directly or indirectly, from you), whether caused by the negligence, active or passive, of University or otherwise, resulting from your presence in, upon, or about the premises or any facilities while attending the University sporting event.

| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Consistent with other ticketed sport season ticket policies, the Department of Athletics does not offer refunds on season tickets for canceled games due to weather, pandemics, or an event beyond reasonable control of the University, unless it is a fully canceled season. Parking/Outside Stadium
- Fans are encouraged to arrive at the CAJUNDOMEÂ and enter the venue, practicing safe social distancing and wearing face coverings.
- Complimentary parking (General Admission) parking is available in the Cajun Field lots across CAJUNDOME Boulevard.
- For more information on parking, or to purchase a 2020-21 Season Parking Pass for $60, please contact the RCAF.Â
- All game day activities outside of the stadium are canceled for the 2020-21 season.

Inside Stadium/Seating
- CAJUNDOME will operate with social distancing guidelines.
- Face coverings are required to enter the CAJUNDOME and must remain on in all common areas such as restrooms, concourses and concession areas.
- All game day workers, vendors and staff will wear face coverings at all times and will be checked and screened prior to the entrance into the stadium.
- At the conclusion of the game, ushers will throttle egress from the stands in an organized manner that promotes social distancing.
- To ensure social distance seating, a six-foot buffer will be added around each ticket block, and around all aisles, entrances, and vomitories.
- All concessions and merchandise stands will feature credit card readers as fans are highly encouraged to go cashless on game day to make touchless purchases.
- Concessions will have prepackaged food and drink items. Condiments will be prepackaged. Social distancing will be used at points of sale. There will be markings on the ground to signify where patrons waiting to purchase may stand to ensure six-foot social distancing.
- Proper queuing and social distancing will be required in all common areas, such as concession stands and restrooms. Social distancing markers will be located in these areas to assist fans achieve proper spacing. All restrooms will feature one-way entrances and one-way exits in order to provide proper spacing while in line as well as while in the restroom facilities.
- Hand sanitation stations will be setup on the concourses and throughout the CAJUNDOME.
- The emergency evacuation procedures will not change from the 2019-20 season.Â

Fans will need to perform a self check BEFORE arriving at the CAJUNDOME.Â
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), people with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea

BANNERS, SIGNS, FLAGS
Event related signs, flags, banners, and posters are welcome inside the CAJUNDOME to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
- Must be relevant to event
- May not be larger than 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches
- May not be attached to a stick/pole
- May not obstruct any stadium or event signage
- May not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by stadium management
- May not be constructed or displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others, as determined by stadium management
- Any sign, flag, banner or poster may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of stadium management
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Respect other guests' ability to enjoy the game. Loud or obnoxious fans could be asked to leave the stadium if their behavior is deemed to be offensive to guests around them.
- For the safety of all fans, do not interfere with the progress of the game or go onto the playing field. Any fan interfering with play or going onto the field will be removed from the stadium and could be subject to arrest.
- Please sit in your assigned seat and be prepared to show your ticket to an usher or stadium supervisor upon request. If someone is in your seat, report the issue to the nearest usher.
- Should you encounter any problem, please notify the nearest staff member or Guest Relations, for immediate assistance.
CONCESSIONS
For the 2020-21 season, at the CAJUNDOME, all points of sale will utilize credit card machines for touchless transactions.
All concessions workers will wear masks and gloves at all times, while all touch points will be sanitized every 30 minutes.Â
Alcohol sales will be permitted inside the CAJUNDOME for the 2020-21 home schedule.
Concessions items will be served in a grab-and-go format and will be pre-packaged. Â
ENTRANCE TO THE CAJUNDOMEÂ (RE-ENTRY TO THE CAJUNDOMEÂ IS NOT ALLOWED)
All entrances to the CAJUNDOMEÂ will have social-distancing markings on the ground to allow for six feet of spacing between patrons entering the CAJUNDOME. Every other entry point will be blocked off to allow social distancing between lanes.Â
Fans are encouraged to TRAVEL LIGHTLY when coming to the CAJUNDOME. Fans are encouraged to bring bags only if absolutely necessary. Each ticket holder (including children) may carry one approved clear bag.
The following bags/items will be permitted inside Louisiana athletic facilities and are subject to search:
- Clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches
- One gallon clear storage bag
- Clutch or small purse, with or without a strap, that does not exceed 6.5 inches by 4.5 inches
- Equipment bag for necessary medical items
- Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult
- Stadium chairs with pockets
- Large purses, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, tinted or printed-pattern bags, or any bags larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches
- Camera bags or binocular cases
- Outside food or drink; animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
- Umbrellas
- Artificial noisemakers
- Beach balls or inflatables
- Laser pointers
- Baby seats or strollers
- Lawn chairs, folding chairs or stools
- Ice chests, coolers or thermoses

MERCHANDISE LOCATION
Souvenirs are available for purchase just inside the student entrance doors, located directly inside the main entrance near Lot A and the CAJUNDOME Ticket Office.Â
PARKING
There is NO game day parking outside of the CAJUNDOME and Cajun Field parking lots.Â
- Parking passes are required for ALL reserved parking lots at the CAJUNDOME. Patrons with Lot A RCAF passes will enter through Souvenir Gate, and patrons with Lot C or D RCAF passes will enter through West Congress Street.Â
- Parking in any residential areas or business parking lots WILLÂ RESULT IN TOWING. These areas are not monitored by the University, and the University is not responsible for parking in these lots.
- Trailers are not allowed to park in ANY parking spots. This will result in your trailer being towed.
- CAJUNDOME parking passes (Lot A, C, D) are available for purchase through RCAF for $60.Â
- General Admission parking is available for free at Cajun Field Lot E.Â

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
State-issued accessible parking tags will be verified at the lot entrance by parking enforcement. Please have your ID ready to help speed up this process.

RCAF
The Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Foundation (RCAF) is the official fundraising arm of Louisiana Athletics. Investments made to the RCAF provide annual financial support for the more than 450 plus student-athletes across 16 sport programs of Louisiana Athletics. Every gift makes a direct impact on the student-athlete experience allowing them to succeed in the classroom, in competition, and in the community. Benefits include tax-deduction, parking priority, postseason ticket priority, access to special events throughout the year and more, pending RCAF Investor Level. Re-entry is NOT ALLOWED at the CAJUNDOME.Â
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the CAJUNDOME.
Custodial staff will sanitize restrooms pregame and continuously throughout the game.
UNAUTHORIZED TICKET RESALE
The resale of tickets on University property is not permitted.
SECURITY
Stadium security officers and uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the stadium during all games.

TAILGATING
Due to COVID-19, there will be no tailgating during the 2020-21 season.Â

The Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office is located at the CAJUNDOME. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours may be extended to accommodate the needs of specific events. General Ticket Information
- All tickets for the 2020-21 season are reserved seats. Please visit the CAJUNDOME ticket office or call (337) 265-2104 to purchase tickets.Â
- Stadium gates open one hour before tip-off.
- Children under two (2) do not need a ticket. They must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sight lines of other guests.
