2022 MEDIA/CREDENTIAL POLICY
LOUISIANA FOOTBALL COVERAGE
Members of the media will be permitted to cover Ragin' Cajuns Football practice during the media periods as set by the Athletics Communications office. A calendar with Fall Camp practice times, as well as times for in-season coverage, will be distributed prior to the start of Fall Camp.
ONLY CREDENTIALED MEDIA MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO COVER FOOTBALL PRACTICE. LOUISIANA FOOTBALL PRACTICES AND FACILITIES ARE NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

LOUISIANA FOOTBALL INTERVIEW POLICY
Members of media must request all interviews with Louisiana coaches and student-athletes through the Athletics Communications office.
Under no circumstances should a member of the media directly contact a coach or student-athlete to set up an interview.
THE LOUISIANA RAGIN' CAJUNS ATHLETICS COMMUNICATIONS OFFICEÂ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY INTERVIEW REQUEST.

LOUISIANA RAGIN' CAJUNS CREDENTIAL POLICY
Credentials are issued based on the following priorities and guidelines:
1. The individual(s) applying for credentials must be an accredited media member, verified by the home or visiting SID, as working media.
2. Personnel involved in live radio or TV broadcasts.
3. Daily newspapers and media outlets regularly covering Louisiana and the visiting opponent. Wire services, regional and national publications are also afforded this opportunity.
4. Non-originating radio and television personnel producing reports on the game. Only local radio and TV stations with a full-time sports director conducting a regular sports show will receive consideration for credentials.
5. Officially recognized Louisiana or visiting opponent student publications, and student electronic media outlets.
6. Non-daily newspapers or publications covering the game.

NOTE:Â Web-based entities that are not accredited media organizations, message boards and/or chat rooms that allow posting of anonymous information will not be issued credentials to Louisiana Athletics events and will not be granted access for interviews with Louisiana coaches or student-athletes.

Credentials are non-transferable and are subject to immediate revocation at any time, if transferred.

THE LOUISIANA RAGIN' CAJUNS ATHLETICS COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY OR REVOKE CREDENTIALS FOR MISUSE OR MISREPRESENTATION.
THIS RESTRICTION IS TO ENSURE FAIR DISTRIBUTION AND TO ENSURE THAT ONLY LEGITIMATE MEMBERS OF THE MEDIA ARE GRANTED CREDENTIAL ACCESS.
NOTE: Per NCAA and Sun Belt Conference Guidelines, the press area is restricted to only members of the working media. No children are allowed at any time. Misuse of the privilege of a press box seat could result in immediate removal from the press box and revocation of future press credential request.
