Junior College: First team All-MACJC pick and a first team NJCAA All-region choice as a freshman at East Mississippi CC, playing for coach Buddy Stephens. . . led team with 1,551 all-purpose yards as a freshman, helping team to a 12-0 record, including a 52-32 win over top-ranked Georgia Military in the Mississippi Bowl to claim the NJCAA national title. . . shared team lead with 53 catches for a team-best 855 yards and eight touchdowns. . . also returned nine kickoffs for 287 yards and a 31.9 average and 28 punts for 409 yards and two touchdowns. . . was named the MACJC/jucoweekly.org Player of the Week after accounting for 178 all-purpose yards vs. Pearl River, scoring on a 60-yard catch and a 62-yard punt return. . . closed his JC career with five catches for 70 yards and a TD in the national title contest.
