Ragin' Cajuns Big Wheels Program
A core mission of the Ragin' Cajuns is to stay competitive at the highest level of the NCAA. The key to winning and staying competitive is recruiting, scouting and public relations. In today's collegiate market, these have become more important than ever.
Recruiting, in particular, has become very expensive largely because of the travel involved. It is no longer just a trip down the road to the local high school; our Ragin' Cajuns coaches travel throughout Louisiana and neighboring states, visiting hundreds of schools and talking to many hundreds of coaches. This one-on-one contact is vital in keeping the Ragin' Cajuns in front of that coach and recruit.
Courtesy automobiles, provided by dealers through our Big Wheels Program, helps stretch recruitment dollars and helps build that recruiting relationship. For Big Wheels members, it provides an excellent way to become associated with an athletic program on the move. It places the dealers in the drivers seat of our coaches' community outreach programs and puts their vehicles out in front in the efforts of the Ragin' Cajuns.
