System Requirements

 

Broadband / High Speed Video Access:

  • You must have high-speed internet access, either cable modem or DSL service.
  • You must download and install Microsoft® Media Player 11 or greater.
  • You must download and install Macromedia's Flash® software, version 9.0 or higher
  • You must download and install Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox versions 2 or higher.
  • You must have a sound card and speakers.
  • Screen resolution of 800 x 600; 1024 x 768 preferred (right click on your desktop, go to properties and then settings to check your screen resolution)
  • If you are a Windows user you must have a Pentium class system running at 600 Mhz or faster.
  • If you are a Macintosh user:
    • You must have an 800 Mhz processor or faster.
    • You must be using Mac OS X Version 10.1 or higher


56K and 28.8 Audio Access:

  • You must have a dial-up modem with access to the internet
  • You must download and install Microsoft® Media Player 11 or greater.
