Unlike other schools across the region, Ragin’ Cajuns football will always be incomparable.  Fans drive countless miles to not only be apart of something thrilling, but to do it Cajun style.  Before each home game fans join in the old tradition of pregame barbecues with that special side of Louisiana style jambalaya.  When its time to enter “The Swamp” the energy amongst the fans grows.  As the fans pour into the Stadium and make their way to their seats, the pride of Acadiana marches onto the hill and plays the Fight Song and Respect.  Once the teams finish warming up and make their way into the locker rooms for their final game preparations, the pride of Acadiana marches out to the familiar beat of the drums.  The crowd awaits the beloved Cajuns as the victory run is complete with the world’s largest Louisiana state flag.  Then finally as the sun begins to set, the fans begin to stand while the Fight Song is played once more as the Cajuns storm onto the field.
