Named Second Team All-Sun Belt Conference...Third on the Cajuns squad with a .389 batting average...Ranked in the top-5 in batting average, on-base percentage, runs scored, hits, total bases, sacrifice bunts and stolen bases...Boasted a .434 on base percentage with 74 hits to her credit...Second on the team with 15 stolen bases...Had 24 multiple hit games with a season-high four hits against Western Kentucky...Had a 13-game hitting streak, which is the second longest hitting streak on the team this season...Had 20 hits during her 13-game hitting streak...In Sun Belt Conference games only, she is second on the team with a .478 batting average...Second in conference games with 33 hits and third with 20 runs scored...Defensively, she recorded several diving catches robbing batters of extra bases, including robbing South Alabama of a grand slam earlier in the year; an inning-ending diving grab against Troy; and a game-ending diving catch at No. 10 Houston in the NCAA Super Regionals.

 

2007

Started all 64 games for the Cajuns in 2007...Started 57 games in centerfield and started seven games at shortstop following the injury to Codi Runyan...First Team All-Sun Belt selection...Second on the team with a .328 batting average, runs scored (42), stolen bases (11), at bats (192) and hits (63)...Led the team with 18 multi-hit games and had at least one hit in 43 of the Cajuns’ 64 games...Had an eight game hitting streak during the season and ended the season on a six game hitting streak that included three hits against Houston in the NCAA College Station Regional.

 

2006

Played in all 62 games as a redshirt freshman...Ranked fifth on the team with a .284 batting average...Only freshman on the squad to reach 40 hits, ending the season with 42...In Sun Belt games, her .316 average was the second-best on the team...In 38 official at bats in SBC play she struck out only once...Had 12 multi-hit games...Showed great plate discipline as she struck out only 18 times in 148 at bats...Collected at least one base hit in each game of the Arizona series ending the weekend 4-for-7...Hitting streak extended to five games after she posted one hit in each game of the McNeese doubleheader March 29...Scored the winning run in the second game vs. McNeese...Led off the third inning of the NCAA Regional opener with N.C. State slapping a single through a hole in the left side of the infield; two at bats later, she scored the winning run on a Danyele Gomez triple.

 

2005

Did not compete during the season, taking a redshirt.

 

High School

A First Team All-Acadiana member in 2003 and 2004, hit .471 at the plate and had 142 strikeouts in the pitching circle as a junior helping lead CHS to its third straight district title and third straight state championship appearance...Hit .344 with two homers and 29 RBI her senior season and represented CHS on the LHSCA All-Star Softball Team...Middle infielder when not pitching, was a member of the All-District team four straight years and was named to the All-State squad in 2003 and 2004...Also lettered for three seasons on the Spartans volleyball team.

Born April 21, 1986, in Bossier City, La....Full name is Karli Rae Hubbard...Daughter of Keith and Terri Hubbard...Has one older sister, Lindsey...Her ambitions include becoming a pediatrician.
