2002-03: Participated in eight of the Cajuns' 12 tournaments...Had the fifth-higest stroke average at 76.20...Opened the season with a third place finish at the Celluar One Raising Cane Classic, one stroke behind tournament winner Michael Soroka of Southern Mississippi, for his first career Top 5 finish...Fired a 2-under-par 69 in the opening round of the season – which was his low round for the season and a new career best...Was the Cajuns top performer at the Henry Griffits Baylor Invitational ending with a three round total of 218.
2001-02: Played in five of Cajuns' 12 tournaments and certainly made an impact...Had second lowest stroke average on team (75.27)...Notched first career Top 10 finish with a tie for eighth at Sun Belt Championships April 22-24...Tallied back-to-back rounds of even-par 72 during second and final rounds...Had career-low 70 in first round of season at Raisin' Cane Classic in Hattiesburg, Miss...Competed as an individual in that event... Played well in second round of Louisiana Classics-firing an even-par 72.
2000-01: True freshman who appeared in four tournaments... Averaged 77.25 strokes per round and fired a season-best 71 in the second round of the SMU Stonebridge Big "E" Classics...Tied for 35th at the SMU event after shooting a season-best 226... Tied for 20th with a score of 227 at the Raisin' Cane Classic to help lead the Cajuns to their first team championship of the season.
High School: Helped lead Hardin-Jefferson HS to Texas State 3A title in 1998...Named to all-state golf team and later placed on High School All-American squad by the National High School Coaches Association...Finished second at the National High School Championships in Jekyll Island, Ga...Also honoroed as All-America by Future Collegians World Tour...Claimed the Beaumont City Championship and was honored as Houston Golf Association Player of the Year in 1997...Selected as high school team's Most Valuable Player for 1998-99 and was chosen as "Super Gold" Male Player of the Year by the Beaumont Enterprise...Shares high school tournament course record of 67 at Eagle Pointe Golf Course in Mont Belvieu...Enjoyed a career-best round of 65 during the Idylwild Club Championship...Was also a member of the National Honor Society with a 3.885 GPA...Also selected nationally to Who's who Among High School Students in 1997-99.
