Supply Drive Scheduled to Support Texas

Cajun Nation encouraged to drop off donations on Wednesday and Thursday
LAFAYETTE - The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, in partnership with the Sun Belt Conference, will conduct a supply drive for those in the areas of the state of Texas impacted by the winter weather conditions over the past two weeks.
Fans and Acadiana residents are encouraged to drop off donations at the football equipment truck on the east side of Cajun Field's parking lots on Wednesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 4. Requested donations include: bottled water and non-perishable food items. Donations can be made from 3 p.m.-6 p.m. on both days.
Adverse weather conditions, including severe freezing temperatures, affected Texas State University, the San Marcos community and many others throughout the state. Donations will be sent to the Bobcats' campus for distribution to impacted areas.
