Kick Time for Louisiana’s Game at UAB Announced

Friday night contest in Birmingham will kick off at 7 p.m. on CBS Sports Network
LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Football's game against Conference USA foe UAB on Friday, Oct. 23, will kick off at 7 p.m. (CST) on CBS Sports Network.
The contest fills a hole left by New Mexico State (Oct. 24) and is one of three non-conference games on the Ragin' Cajuns' schedule along with Iowa State (Sept. 12) and Central Arkansas (Nov. 21).
Louisiana and UAB had previously announced a future home-and-home series on Feb. 4, 2020. The Ragin' Cajuns are scheduled to travel to Birmingham on Sept. 16, 2023, before the Blazers make a return trip to Lafayette on Sept. 19, 2026.
The two teams have not faced off since Sept. 21, 2002, when the Ragin' Cajuns earned a 34-0 win over the Blazers at Cajun Field.
Season ticket holders will be able to attend the UAB game in Birmingham for free. Those interested must submit a request through RaginCajuns.com by clicking here. Season ticket holders will be able to request up to the number of seats they hold at Cajun Field for the 2020 season.
Tickets for the UAB game will be allocated based on RCAF Investor Rank. We ask that all requests are submitted by Monday, Sept. 28. Once the ticket allocations are made, the UAB ticket office will be contacting you with information on how to pick up your tickets, including a mobile ticketing option. These tickets would be sent by email for use on your smart phones. Fans can opt for a paper ticket that can be picked up on the day of the game at Legion Field's will call booth.
The Ragin' Cajuns are set to open the 2020 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 12, when Billy Napier's squad make its first-ever trip to Ames, Iowa, to take on Iowa State.
