Ragin’ Cajuns Host Meet-and-Greet at Oakbourne Country Club

LAFAYETTE - The Ragin' Cajuns Men's Tennis Team will host a meet-and-greet at Oakbourne Country Club on Wednesday, Oct. 14. The public event will begin at 6 p.m. and admission to the event is free.
On top of getting to meet with head coach Mark Jeffrey and returning student-athletes, attendees will also get to introduce themselves to new assistant coach, Rob Raines five new players. Additionally, those in attendance will get to participate in on-court tennis activities.
"It's very important for us to gain an identity in the community by meeting the Oakbourne Country Club members," Jeffrey explained. "Oakbourne does a great job with its adult and junior programs year round and they are an annual supporter of our John Breaux Cajun Tennis Classic".
Louisiana's highly anticipated 2020-21 tennis season will begin on Oct. 23-26 at the ITA Regionals in Waco, Texas.
