New Student Section Coming to @RaginCajunsSB Games

LAFAYETTE – When No. 11 Louisiana Softball returns home to Lamson Park on March 11 to host nationally ranked Baylor, a new seating area for University students will debut.

The new student section is located in the outfield bleachers closest to the scoreboard in right field, allowing students an outstanding view of the game.

Discounted beverage and food options will be available in a concession stand located near the new area. Students must present their ULID to receive the discounted prices.

Students are encouraged to arrive early and take advantage of this new gameday experience.

University students with current and valid ULID receive free admission to all Ragin' Cajuns Softball games at Lamson Park.

Louisiana Softball is widely known for one of the most impressive home field atmospheres and best fan base in all of college softball, with average attendance at Lamson Park ranked Top 10 in the NCAA each of the past five seasons.

The Baylor contest opens a stretch of five games at Lamson Park in mid-March for the Ragin' Cajuns which runs through March 20 vs. McNeese.
