@RaginCajunsGolf Wraps Up First Round At Louisville Cardinal Classic

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns golf team wrapped up play on Friday in 16th place with a first round score of 8-over par (292) at the Louisville Cardinal Classic hosted at the par-71, 7,101-yard University of Louisville Golf Club.

Duke leads the field after the first round with an 18-hole score of 27-under (257). The Blue Devils' Alex Smalley sits atop the individual leaderboard after posting a tournament record round of 61 (-10).

Dubinksi Paces Cajuns

Freshman Hudson Dubinski led the Ragin' Cajuns with a team-best round of 72 (+1) on Friday. Dubinski carded an error free first nine holes of the day with a pair of birdies en route to his lowest round of the year.

Second Round Pairings

Louisiana is paired with Louisiana Tech, Charlotte and ETSU for the second round and will start off of hole 10 beginning at 9:12 a.m. CT. Live scoring for the tournament is available on Golfstat.com.
