@RaginCajunsGolf Returns To David Toms Intercollegiate

BATON ROUGE, La. – After taking a year off from the tournament, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns golf team is set to continue its fall slate this weekend at the David Toms Intercollegiate hosted at the par-72, 7,220-yard University Club.

Play gets underway on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start as teams will play 36 holes on the first day. The final round of the David Toms Intercollegiate is scheduled for an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday.

The Field

Host LSU, Central Arkansas, Lamar, Louisiana, Mercer, New Orleans, Nicholls, North Alabama, Oral Roberts, Penn, Southeastern Louisiana, Troy and ULM make up the 13-team field.

The Lineup

Triston Elston and Colin Troxler join Charlie Flynn, Hudson Dubinski and Peter Hinnant in the lineup this week. Troxler is making his first appearance for the Ragin' Cajuns since last fall after being sidelined for the most of the 2017-18 season due to an injury. Junior transfer Micah Goulas will make his debut with the program as an individual at the event.

Flynn leads Louisiana with a 73.75 scoring average through eight rounds, while Dubinski is third on the squad with a 74.88 average.

Pairings

Louisiana is paired with LSU and ULM for the first two rounds and will start off of holes 1-3. Live scoring for the event is available on Golfstat.com.

On Deck

Louisiana will take two weeks off before closing out the fall schedule at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational held at the Princeville Makai Golf Course in Princeville, Hawaii from Oct. 28-30.
