Ragin' Cajuns Fan Day Scheduled for Aug. 27

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Department is holding its annual Fan Day presented by MidSouth Bank on Sunday, Aug. 27 at the Cajundome Convention Center.

The event is free and open to the public for fans of all ages. Doors open at 4 p.m. with activities taking place until 6 p.m.

The following opportunities are available for fans:

Free commemorative t-shirts, provided by MidSouth Bank, to the first 1,000 fans
Pick up official team posters
Get autographs from the teams
Take a photo with team members
Purchase Ragin' Cajuns clear bags for upcoming athletics events

Members of the Ragin' Cajuns football, volleyball, cross country and men's and women's basketball teams will be in attendance. There will be performances by the Ragin' Cajuns cheerleaders, Ragin' Jazz and the Pride of Acadiana Marching Band.

Following the event, fans are encouraged to stop by the Ragin' Cajuns Soccer/Track facility and cheer on the Ragin' Cajuns soccer team as they host SEC-foe Ole Miss at 6:30 p.m. that evening.
