Five Ragin' Cajuns Headed To NFL Camps As Free Agents

Peters, Riles to team up in Seattle; Jennings joins McGuire in Big Apple

LAFAYETTE – Five members of the 2016 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team agreed to free agent deals with NFL clubs over the weekend and will participate in upcoming rookie minicamps beginning this weekend.
 
Linebacker Otha Peters was signed to a free agent contract with the Seattle Seahawks and will be joined in minicamp by wide receiver Al Riles. Offensive lineman Eddie Gordon agreed to a deal with the Carolina Panthers while quarterback Anthony Jennings agreed to a deal with the New York Jets. Jennings will join Ragin' Cajuns running back Elijah McGuire, the Jets' sixth-round draft selection, in rookie minicamp.

On Monday, defensive lineman Karmichael Dunbar agreed to a deal after receiving an invitation to the Pittsburgh Steelers rookie minicamp.
