"Take A Kid To The Game" Set For Saturday's Ragin' Cajuns-Akron Contest

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Department is encouraging fans to "Take a Kid to the Game," for the Ragin' Cajuns Sun Belt Conference contest on Saturday (Sept. 26) against Mid-American Conference opponent Akron at Cajun Field.
The Ragin' Cajuns are partnering with the NCAA in the annual initiative that encourages adults to take children to an NCAA football game. Louisiana (1-1) will face Akron (1-2) in a 6 p.m. contest that will be televised on ESPN3.
All children, ages 11 and under, will receive a free general admission ticket to the game and must be accompanied by an adult. Fans can take advantage of this offer by redeeming their coupon at the Cajundome Box Office between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and beginning at 10:30 a.m. on game day (Gates C and D) at Cajun Field.
