In the second tournament of the year, UL will face a field of 14 other teams, including UNO, UALR, Austin Peay, Campbell, Centenary, Liberty, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana Tech, Nicholls State, NC State, San Diego, Southeastern Louisiana, Troy and Wichita State.
The players will begin play on par-72 course at 8 a.m. on Monday.
Philipp Fendt, Andrew Noto, Thomas Disch, Mark Brockhurst and Thomas Petts will play for the Cajuns.
Fendt and Noto are coming off top-10 finishes last week at the Oak Hills Invitational in San Antonio, Texas.
Fendt finished third after battling nationally-ranked No. 9 David Garza of Wichita State.
"Philipp had a great week," said UL head golf coach Theo Sliman. "He showed that he can play with the best on any given day. He learned a lot and really validated his potential."
Noto came in a tie for seventh place at Oak Hills and will look to improve in his hometown of New Orleans.
"Andrew completes a dynamic duo for us," said Sliman. "It's great for him to come home and face the home crowd. There will be some pressure but he has the fortitude to overcome it and come out on top."
