Softball Set For Fan Day

In anticipation of the upcoming season, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns softball team will hold Fan Day on Saturday, Oct. 17 at 2:00 p.m. CT. Fans are encouraged to come out to Lamson Park and cheer on the Cajuns as they take on McClennan Junior College as the fall season winds down.

Fans will enjoy a day of softball, delicious jambalaya, soft drinks and a chance to meet the 2009-10 squad. The team will be available for an autograph session following the game against McClennan. Admission to the event is free to the public.

The 2009-10 Fan Day is sponsored by Fire & Safety Specialists and Coca-Cola.

The Cajuns will play their last day of fall ball on Friday, Oct. 23 against Galveston College. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. CT at Lamson Park.
