Cajuns to Host Selection Party

LAFAYETTE-Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns softball team will find out which NCAA Regional they will play in on Sunday night as the NCAA Selection Show takes place at 9:00 p.m. Central Time on ESPNU.

UL earned the Sun Belt Conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Regionals by winning the 2008 SBC Tournament in Troy, Ala., over the weekend.

The Cajuns welcome fans to come to Alfred and Helen Lamson Ragin' Cajuns Softball Park to tailgate from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring food and refreshments.

There will be a meet-and-greet with the Sun Belt Conference regular season and tournament champion Ragin' Cajuns from 7:30 p.m. until just before the selection show at 9:00 p.m.

Following the selection show, the Cajuns will be available to the media for interviews.
