Tennis Set to Host Summit Financial Tourney

LAFAYETTE-Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns men's and women's tennis teams will be hosting the 20 th Annual Summit Financial Ragin' Cajuns Tennis Team Classic beginning on Friday, March 14.

 

The tournament will be held at four separate sites?Oakborne Country Club, Red's, City Club at River Ranch and Beaver Park.

 

The tournament is a six player doubles team format. The UL tennis teams have had tremendous success in the past and anticipate a turnout of nearly 300 participants this year. The Cajuns will host a social at Oakborne on Friday. The social, along with the first round of play, is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. Food and drinks will be provided and a silent auction will be held.

 

The Cajuns would like to thank Summit Financial for hosting the tournament. The tournament will help support the fundraising efforts of UL tennis.
