In singles action, the Cajuns swept the Colonels in all six match-ups. Piotr Banas defeated Vlad Popa 6-2, 6-1 on court 1, while Dusan Tabak defeated Eric Fisher 6-3, 6-2 on court 2.
On court 3, Shaun Ellison captured a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Phenyo Matong, and newcomer Janusz Conradi defeated Alec Gasca-Silav 6-4, 7-6 on court 4.
Jorge Delgado defeated Ricardo Van Bolderick 6-3, 6-3 on court 5, while Arlen Domoney defeated Maxine Bouhoulle 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 on court 6.
The Cajuns dropped the doubles point after losing two matches to Nicholls.
Tabak and Conradi were defeated by Popa and Fisher 8-4 at the No. 1 spot while Banas and Ellison defeated Matong and Van Bolderick 8-1 at spot 2. Delgado and Taylor were defeated by Gasca-Silav and Bouhoulle 8-3.
