LSU Football Game Tickets Go On Sale Monday

LSU FOOTBALL GAME TICKETS TO GO ON SALE MONDAY Season Ticket Holders Can Purchase Tickets at the Cajundome Ticket Office

LAFAYETTE -- It's a rivalry that will be renewed for the first time in more than 60 years. And now is the time to get your tickets.

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Department has been allotted a limited number of tickets for the Oct. 5 football contest at Louisiana State University, and the tickets will go on sale to Cajun season ticket holders beginning Monday at the Cajundome Ticket Office.

Season ticket holders will be allowed to purchase up to the amount of season tickets they hold beginning at 10 a.m. Monday. Tickets are $36 each, and there is a $2 handling charge for each ticket purchased. All tickets must be purchased in person at the Cajundome Ticket Office. The office is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

UL Lafayette students, meanwhile, can also purchase tickets at the Student Union Information Desk. Tickets are $36, as well, but there is no handling charge. Students can only purchase a maximum of two tickets and must have a valid school ID.

Cajuns' football fans, meanwhile, are also encouraged to purchase season football tickets for the upcoming season. The Cajuns will be led by first-year head coach Rickey Bustle, who comes to the program after a strong coaching tenure at Virginia Tech. His Cajun Field debut comes Sept. 7, when the squad hosts Big Ten member Minnesota.

Other home games include a Sept. 21 matchup with Conference USA member Alabama-Birmingham and Sun Belt Conference games with North Texas (Oct. 26), Idaho (Nov. 2 ?- Homecoming) and Arkansas State (Nov. 9).
