First-team All-American selection as a senior in 2012 after making second-team All-American in 2011 as a junior, and a three-time All-South Region selection … Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year in both 2011 and 2012 and a three-time all-conference selection (second team as sophomore in 2010, first team in final two years) … Also named Sun Belt’s Freshman of the Year in 2009 … Twice named the Sun Belt’s Female Student-Athlete of the Year (all sports) in 2011 and 2012 … All-Louisiana selection four times and first-team pick there twice, both of which she was chosen as the state’s Hitter of the Year, after earning state’s Freshman of the Year honors in 2009 … Won the 2011-12 Corbett Award as state of Louisiana’s top female athlete … 10-time selection as Sun Belt Player of the Week and chosen 2012 USA Softball national Player of the Week once … Named all four years to Sun Belt’s academic award list, two years on Honor Roll (3.0 or greater) her first two years and two years on Commissioner’s List (3.5 or greater) her final two years … Fifth our professional selection at National Pro Fastpitch League by USSSA Pride in 2012 … Set NCAA record with six grand slams in a season (six in 2012) … Two-time Sun Belt All-Tournament selection and Most Valuable Player in Sun Belt Tournament in 2009 and 2011 … Team compiled 194-48 record in her four-year career including 77-18 record in Sun Belt play and 10-4 record in NCAA Regional play, won two regional titles (2010 in Baton Rouge and 2012 in Lafayette) and reached regional finals in other two seasons … Team won all four Sun Belt regular-season titles and three of four Sun Belt Tournament titles during her career … Held NCAA career record for grand slams (nine) at the time and ranked third in NCAA history for RBI’s in a season (101 in 2011) at the end of her career … Still holds UL records for extra-base hits in a season (48) and career (141), doubles in a game (3, 2010 vs. South Alabama), grand slams in a season (six, 2012) and career (nine), and RBI in a season (101) and career (288) … Her final two seasons remain the biggest RBI totals in school history (1st with 101 in 2011, second with 94 in 2012), ranks second in career total baes (550) and fourth in home runs (70) and doubles (62) … ranks second in season total bases (186 in 2011, tied for third in hits (87 in 2011), fourth in runs scored (75 in 2011) and fifth in home runs (23 in 2011) in season records … After UL career, participated as part of USA Softball National Team.
