Ragin' Cajuns Basketball Banquet Set For April 16

LAFAYETTE, La. -- Senior Alan-Michael Thompson and All-Sun Belt honorees Elfrid Payton, Shawn Long and the rest of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team will be honored at the annual awards banquet, which will be held on Tuesday, April 16 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Petroleum Club of Lafayette.
“We are excited about the development that the Cajuns showed this year and on behalf of the entire team, we'd like to invite our fans to come and help celebrate with us at our annual awards banquet,” Cajuns head coach Bob Marlin said.
The event is open to the public with individual reservations being available for $30 or fans can sponsor a table for $300, which includes six tickets and sponsorship of two seats at your table for the Ragin' Cajuns players and coaching staff.
The night will serve as a celebration for Thompson, the lone senior on the team.
