LAFAYETTE – Four members of the 2017 Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Volleyball team were named to the Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) All-Louisiana Volleyball team.

The Ragin' Cajuns were represented by Hali Wisnoskie (first team), Dree'Ana Abram (second team), Stacey Reilly (second team) and Jessica Bartczyszyn (honorable mention).

Reilly received All-Louisiana honors for the second straight season. It marked the first career honor for Abram, Bartczyszyn and Wisnoskie.

Louisiana was tied with LSU for most honorees on the 2017 All-Louisiana Volleyball team. The Ragin' Cajuns four recipients marked the program's highest total since 2012.

The awards were voted on by the volleyball sports information and sports communications directors for the sport in Louisiana after nominations were compiled. Voters could not vote for athletes from their own school and must submit a vote for their nominees to be eligible.

The 2017 season was the finest in Ragin' Cajuns Volleyball history in the Sun Belt Conference era (1991-present). Louisiana (21-11, 13-3 Sun Belt) started Sun Belt Conference play with a record 7-0 mark, posted the first winning conference mark since 2002 and set the school record for SBC wins (previous was 11 in 2000). The reward was the program's highest seed ever (No. 3) in the SBC Tournament.
