Junior Gavin Bourgeois continues to lead the club offensively hitting .307 with a .381 on base percentage and six RBI. Both Hunter Kasuls and Kennon Fontenot are tied for the team lead with 12 RBI, while Kasuls has six extra base hits on the year with three doubles, a triple and two home runs.

McNeese (8-11) is currently on a six-game win streak after sweeping Stephen F. Austin on the road last weekend. The Cowboys are 4-7 at home this season including wins over Mississippi State and Houston in the midweek.

Offensively, McNeese is hitting .232 with 25 doubles, three triples and 16 home runs. Shane Selman has a team-best .333 average with six doubles, six home runs and 15 RBI. The Cowboys have three players on the squad with double-digit RBI this year.
