UL-FIU Series Finale to Air on Sun Belt Network

LAFAYETTE - The series finale between Louisiana and FIU at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field on Sunday, April 15 will be broadcast by the Sun Belt Network. First pitch is scheduled for 12:05 p.m.
The Cajuns-Panthers game will be carried live on CST and CSS. Viewers are advised to check local listings for additional channel information.
The game can also be viewed on ESPN3.com by viewers living outside the CST/CSS footprint.
Lyn Rollins (play-by-play) and Ronnie Rantz (analysis) will call the action live from "The Tigue".
UL evened the weekend series on Saturday, April 14 with a 5-4 win, getting six scoreless innings from its bullpen and clutch two-out hits with the bases loaded in the sixth and seventh inning. The Cajuns attempt to claim a Sun Belt series victory for the second straight weekend.
UL is scheduled to start lefthander Jordan Harrison (3-1, 2.60 ERA). FIU will send a lefty out to the mound as well, as R.J. Fondon (4-3, 4.29 ERA) gets the start.
Sunday's game marks the 50th meeting all-time between UL and FIU. The Cajuns look to even the series at 25-all and claim their first series win over the Panthers since 2007.
M.L. “Tigue” Moore Field, widely known as one of the best college baseball atmospheres in the South and tops in the Sun Belt Conference, will be featured a second time on the Sun Belt Network. The SBN returns to “The Tigue” on Saturday, May 5 as the Cajuns entertain defending Sun Belt regular season champion Troy.
