Louisiana's Battle with UL-Monroe on Sun Belt Network and ESPN3

MONROE - Ragin' Cajuns fans in every part of the United States and throughout the world have the chance to see the football team's battle with UL-Monroe here on Saturday at Malone Stadium.

In addition to the contest being televised on the Sun Belt Network (Cox Sports TV in Louisiana), ESPN3.com is streaming the contest.

Blackout restrictions that normally apply to Sun Belt Network games on ESPN3 have been lifted giving fans living outside the Sun Belt Network footprint the chance to keep up with the game's progress.

The Cajuns-Warhawks game was selected as the Sun Belt Network Game of the Week back on August 1 and by contract ESPN reserves the right to select conference games up until 12 days prior to the game.

Due to the willingness of both networks involved with the Sun Belt Network, Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) and Cox Sports Television (CST) along with ESPN, the game is available for regular broadcast and now also nationally on ESPN3.

ESPN3.com is ESPN's live sports broadband network, giving fans a 24/7 online destination that delivers thousands of live sporting events annually. ESPN3 is currently available in more than 70 million homes. It is also available at no cost to approximately 21 million U.S. college students and U.S.-based military personnel via computers connected to on-campus educational networks and on-base military networks.

Now in its fourth season, the Sun Belt Network is a joint partnership with Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast (CSS) and Cox Sports Television (CST). Each game will be available in 13 states across the southeast.

Fans are encouraged to check their local listings to determine which affiliate in their area carrys the Sun Belt Network.
